Rachael Lynn Assignon has over 20 years experience in designing learner-centric programs across automotive, aviation, military, healthcare, and Fortune 500 environments. A leader in learning and development who executes analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.

Multilingual and multi-talented, she can design, develop, and deliver engaging experiences to any audience. She is an advocate for the learner in order to achieve learning objectives and performance outcomes.

Certified as a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma methodology, she is focused on guiding people through continuous process improvement to achieve results. Rachael is culturally intelligent and well-traveled. Fluent in 3 languages and always learning new words in phrases in over a dozen languages. She started her career as a French teacher where she brought cultural awareness of francophone countries worldwide to the classroom. Rachael holds certifications in DEI, Cultural Intelligence, Unconscious Bias, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and EQ-i assessment.
