  2. Design a learning solution that will solve the business problem
  3. Prepare and present the learning solution proposal
  4. Develop the approved learning solution
  5. Deliver the content to the intended audience
  6. Quantify the results of the learning solution’s effectiveness
*The process is iterative with regular approvals and checkpoints
